Stainless steel gearboxes for the pharmaceutical and food processing industry
The HDV series gearboxes are designed for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries (including offshore and rough conditions). They are based on our proven standard gearboxes from the single-stage bevel gearbox range (V series) and therefore have the same external dimensions.
The choice of materials, design and surface finish guarantee optimum cleaning properties and maximum hygiene. The design of all external components in stainless steel effectively prevents any form of corrosion and is also acid and alkali-resistant. The typical product qualities such as smooth running, high efficiency, robustness and accuracy are guaranteed and excellent delivery capability is a matter of course.

- The dimensions are identical to the type V gearboxes
- All external production parts are made of high-quality stainless steel
- The shaft seals are designed with an additional dust lip
- The housing and the flanges do not contain any holes or other dirt pockets
- Required mounting holes are drilled according to customer specifications for specific applications
- Surface roughness with Ra <=0.8
- Food lubrication NOTOX
