Bevel gearboxes are high-precision and powerful torque converters. These high-performance gearboxes meet the high demands of our time in every respect. They are compact and insensitive to shocks. It is not without reason that they are used in all branches of mechanical and plant engineering worldwide. Bevel gearboxes are also known colloquially as bevel gears, bevel gearboxes, gearwheels or reduction and transmission gears.
ATEK bevel gearboxes have gear sets with high-quality spiral teeth made of hardened case-hardened steel. A gear set consists of a bevel pinion (small number of teeth / small diameter) and a bevel gear (large number of teeth / large diameter). Gear sets with spiral toothing offer the advantage of very favorable meshing ratios (high degree of overlap).
Our bevel gearboxes are low-noise, insensitive to shocks and vibrations, highly resilient with maximum power density. They are available with a hollow shaft, reinforced shaft and with a flange for different motor types.
